N.C.C: Mahatma Gandhi C.S. High School is the only school in the city that has all three junior division troops of N.C.C.- Army (girl) Navy (Boys) and air wing (Boys+girls). Each troop has a capacity of 100 cadets from class VIII & IX. All N.C.C. Cadets are given full military-like training by their associate N.C.C. officers. These officers have been commissioned from different centers of their training academies. Our troops have an enviable record in various camps conducted through the year.
House Activities:
special kinds of all co-curricular activities are taken under House Activities.
Maximum sections:
The school is also the one among those having a maximum number of sections for any standard. Sections ‘A’ to ‘M’.
Workshops:

🏆HAT-TRICK OF SUCCESS🏆
The NCC Airwing troop of MGCS High School made history by clinching the “Best in Drill and Best Troop” awards for three consecutive annual training camps!
Our cadets shone brightly, winning 20 medals across 6 events, and securing three trophies at CATC-615. Special mentions go to Cadet Naitik Jambhulkar for his Gold in the Quiz competition, Cadets Sejal Bawangad and Arushi Angalwar for their Gold and Silver in cross-country running, and Cadets Anushree Karmore and Swara Bokde for their Gold in the team drawing competition. Cadet Hardik Uttamchandani bagged two silver medals—one in the team drawing competition and another for a dazzling solo dance performance.
Made record of chanting Gayatri Mantra with a maximum number of participants from Mahatma Gandhi Centennial Sindhu High School.
The school was awarded for making the record.
In the quiz contest ” Vigyan Jigyasa ” organized by Professor Rajendra Singh Science Exploratory Nagpur, Mahatma Gandhi Centennial Sindhu High School secured Third position.
